A meal comprised of the right nourishing nutrients at the start of the day can help children stay more alert, giving them energy for their morning activities and for the rest of their day, wherever they may spend it.   On weekday mornings we don't really have much time. We are too busy getting ready and always in a hurry, but even with all these hectic arrangements around, we should still make time for a proper breakfast.

A balanced breakfast is a source of protein, carbohydrate, some fat, vitamins and minerals.   If breakfast cereals is your choice, due to lack of time , don't forget to check the ingredients and nutritional values listed on the package.
