Chilled Desserts Development Manager at Strauss Dairies
Talia, married with three children, joined Strauss in 2005 as Development Technologist at the salad plant in Karmiel. She later became Future R&D Technologist in the Health and Wellness Division (salads and Dairy) and a year ago moved to her present position of Desserts Development Manager. During these years she helped develop products and processes in the salads category, and steered complex projects such as sugar reduction and other projects under the Alpha Strauss venture. In her current capacity she led the development team of Milky Shake launched in August and the recently-launched desserts under the JOY brand. Talia holds a Master's degree in Food Engineering from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in the U.S., and a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.
