Kiram engages in activities designed to promote women entrepreneurs, namely Jewish and Arab business owners. Among the activities offered: programs tailored to women-owned businesses from all sectors, training, courses and business guidance. Kiram was appointed CEO of Jasmine after managing the Women's Business Unit at the Jewish-Arab Center for Economic Development for 17 years. She holds a B.A. in Middle East History and Education from Bar Ilan University and dreams of opening her own business and strengthening Jasmine in Israel and the world
