Eyal has a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and a master degree in Social Psychology, both obtained from Israel's Ben Gurion University.Before arriving at Strauss in 2010, where he now manages the HR and recruitment department, Eyal worked at Adam Milo, a leading institute for recruitment, assessment, placement, organizational consulting, management and employee development. In his first year at Adam Milo, Eyal worked at the assessment department, and was quickly promoted to manager of recruitment for large organizations. Eyal was later appointed to a place on the Board of Directors, where he managed the institute's recruitment and placement department.
