Dina started her career in public relations at the PR firm Gitam Porter Novelli. She later worked for PR firm Shalmor Communications where she was an account director in the food and beverage industry. Dina joined Strauss in 2012 as Content and Channels Manager. She was responsible for content management among the various digital content channels of Strauss Group. She later managed the Innovation and Digital Marketing Department at Strauss Israel, focusing on promoting digital innovation through working with startups, the media and marketing excellence in the company.
Dina holds a B.A. with distinction in Political Studies and Public Communication from Bar-Ilan University, a diploma in Journalism and Communication from Bar-Ilan University, and a diploma in Strategic Planning from "Habetzefer", with honors.
Dina is currently the marketing director of the food division at Strauss Israel, which is responsible for salads and spreads (Achla), meals (pasta Strauss), and vegetables (taam hateva).
