Brigit holds a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Biochemistry from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She works as a dietician in the department of eating disorders in adolescence, teaches children's nutrition in a nursing school, and lectures fourth-year nutrition students. Brigit is a graduate of cognitive behavioral therapy studies at Bar Ilan University, and a member of the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN).
