The information provided by this panel serves as a primary tool in sensory evaluation of company products for developers and managers alike.\nAs an expert Food Technologist, Eilat also initiates and develops products in the company.\nAyelet holds a B.Sc. in chemistry, food engineering, biotechnology and information systems from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
