This division was established in 2001 and is composed of machinery and food engineers. The units' mission is to lead innovation in products, manufacturing processes, and to develop sensory and analytical methods for the purpose of improving the company's products and to support business expansion.\n\nThe unit plans and implements engineerical projects, from developing and activating prototype devices, to planning and activating full scale manufacturing plants. The unit acts as a knowledge source in the field of coffee technology and its role is to obtain new and updated knowledge, then distribute it within the company.
