The Journey of Diversity

Upon receipt of the Diversity Award from Maala during Social Responsibility in Business Day, we include a few personal words from Noga Segev Nadir, Talent Manager at Strauss Group, and also: a video showing human diversity in our organization.

It is always a pleasure to receive an award or recognition.   It is even more gratifying to know that we are recognized for the genuine, focused and integrative efforts invested in promoting diversity and inclusion. Diversity is part of our being, of our culture; it is necessary for our business success and represents our values.   It is important to be recognized for an issue which is not steered by one person or another, but a product of efforts made by many people, by an organization, local initiatives, of each and every one of us.   However, hand on heart, we are just at the beginning of this journey. Diversity is a way of life rather than a project or a concerted effort. Inclusion is about constantly breaking the boundaries of our biases, of our blind spots. We still have so much to do, and we look forward to the future…
