Yaron Burnstein (33) is Strauss’ development
technologist at the fresh foods division.
He is a humus fanatic and considers himself
one of the luckiest people for “being able
to enjoy what he does for a living”.
In his past, Yaron was a ice cream manufacturing
before deciding it was time to
engage in the “holy grail of the middle east”,
humus, what else?
Besides humus, Yaron is involved in developing
additional salads and also pastas.
2011 saw the birth of his first born and according
to Yaron “I am getting used to it, and enjoying every moment”.
