Yair Bezman, married + 3, is manager of the analytical lab and applied research at Strauss Coffee. He holds a Ph.D. in Bio-chemistry and food science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and specializes in the contribution of flavorings to food quality. Yair has headed the analytical lab since 2004. During this period he transformed this lab into an important element in the R&D and quality assurance processes of Strauss coffee production sites, both in and outside of Israel.
