Moti Segal has worked for Strauss since 1966. He arrived to the

company whilst it was still a small establishment in the backyard

of Beit- HaMeyasdim in Nahariya.

Moti, has grown side by side with the company which has developed

massively,as has his job description. To his great pride, products

and brands which he developed decades ago are still loved

and consumed by the Israeli crowd.

Back In the days, when Strauss was still just a small dairy,

Moti served as Head Technologist, Quality Assurance Manager

and Product Development Manager.

With the entrance of the company into the fresh food market,

together with the merger between Strauss and Elite

(the largest coffee and candy company in Israel) in the late 90′s,

Moti was appointed to the Head of R&D and Technology.

Due to the intensity of the day-to-day tasks ,the diversity, and the

need for research for future development of the dairy, his job

description was changed again.

Moti’s job requires him to foresee consumer trends, market

movements and new technologies in order to supply a competitive

and creative advantage for the company’s products and developments.

Moti enjoys experiencing nature in Israel and the rest of the world.

He liveshappily with Tzipi, and together they have three daughters

(Michal, Chen and Tal) and four grand children

(Omer, Rotem Yuval and Or).
