Michal Dunsky – Innovation and Development Process Manager at the Fun & Indulgence division of Strauss
Michal, 49, married with 3 children, holds a B.A. in Management and Economics and an MBA with Marketing as a major, from Tel Aviv University.
Michal came to Strauss from Partner in 2008, where she was Manager of Research and Marketing Strategy. Before that, she worked at Tnuva for seven years, with her last position there being BU Manager at the Dairy Marketing division.
Earlier in her career she was Marketing Manager at Hogla-kimberly, where she steered the launch of Huggies diapers in Israel in 1996.
In her capacity as Innovation and Product Development Manager at the Fun & Indulgence division of Strauss, Michal is responsible for steering product development strategy and innovation projects that derive from its business plan. Michal also heads a team of development technologists and project managers at the division, highlighting the great importance that the organization attributes to technology development.
In her leisure time, Michal volunteers as chief of a teenage scout troop.
