I am the Chief Development Technologist – Chocolate.
I graduated from the Faculty of Food Engineering & Biotechnology at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in 1979.
I began my journey at Elite (for the second time) 26 years ago (February 3, 1987, to be precise) as the Chocolate Division Technologist.
I consider myself lucky to be able to engage in what I love! (though it’s hard to lose the weight…) and am happily married with three lovely daughters. We live in a scenic area near the Gilboa mountain in Northern Israel.
Hobbies: touring the country at least once a month with a regular group of friends, riding a bicycle (like it a lot, without overdoing it…), reading- mainly history, Judaism, Israeli geography and fine literature, listening to classical music (my favorite composers are Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert and their counterparts), and also to lovely Israeli songs.
