Chocolate Technologist at Strauss
Hadar (33) joined Strauss in 2006 as Developing Technologist in the pastries department, and in 2011 became Chocolate Development Technologist. Currently, Hadar is responsible for liquid chocolate, creams and chocolate tablets (the Cow and Splendid brands, etc.). Hadar holds a BA in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion. She is married with two children.
